The Crezy Time platform's terms and conditions apply equally to all members. These provisions are designed to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and a safe experience for everyone.
- Crezy Time is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is completely prohibited.
- Each member may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
- Crezy Time reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication on the platform.
- Members are responsible for their own device and internet connection when accessing the platform.
- Crezy Time is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors or server outages, though we make every effort to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
- Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by international gaming law.

While the Crezy Time terms and conditions are available in Bengali, the authoritative legal document is in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
2. Account Registration & Verification
To register an account on Crezy Time, the following requirements must be met. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds will only be sent to the registered member's own account.
- Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- In cases of suspicious transactions, Crezy Time may temporarily suspend the transaction pending investigation.
- All funds deposited must come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Warning
Withdrawals directly from a bonus balance are not allowed. To withdraw bonus-derived funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met first. See the Bonus section for full details.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Crezy Time bonus and promotion offers are designed to provide members with added value. However, each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

- If bonus abuse is identified, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
5. Betting Rules
Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on Crezy Time. These rules apply equally to all members and are in place to ensure a fair gaming environment.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.
- Pre-match bets will not be accepted for an event once it has started. Live betting is only available on selected markets.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Crezy Time reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.
- A maximum bet limit applies per event and may vary depending on the game or market.
- Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match-fixing or other dishonest means may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

Live Betting Notice
Odds change rapidly in live betting. Please verify that the odds are final before confirming your bet. Bets may be voided due to network delays, and Crezy Time is not liable for such occurrences.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crezy Time platform. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.
- Creating Multiple Accounts
- Registration with a False Identity
- Bonus Abuse or Arbitrage Betting
- Account Sale or Transfer
- Use of Bots or Automated Software
- Money Laundering or Use of Illegal Funds
- Interference with Platform Security
- Harassing or defrauding other members
Serious Violation
For serious violations such as money laundering, fraud, or cyberattacks, Crezy Time reserves the right to notify the relevant legal authorities and take action in accordance with applicable law.
7. Account Closure & Dispute Resolution
Crezy Time members may request to close their account at any time. Equally, Crezy Time may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a terms and conditions violation.
- If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
- If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, you may apply for a refund of your original deposit amount.
- For any dispute, please contact the support team first. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to an international gaming arbitration authority for settlement.
- In dispute resolution, Crezy Time's transaction logs and server records shall serve as the definitive source of evidence.
